CNC machining is controlled directly from files created by CAD / CAM software, so that a part or assembly can go directly from design to manufacturing without the need of producing a drafted paper drawing of the manufactured component. All of our machines are equipped with USB ports for easy transfer of customer drawings and program files.

We machine a wide variety of materials such as, aluminum and plastic or more difficult materials like stainless steel, tool steel and titanium, etc. Our inspection process guaranties that our customer’s parts meet or exceed the exact tolerances. We are committed to providing top quality parts and products to our customers in a very responsive turnaround time.
Precision equipment is not worth much if you can not verify that the work is correct; Innovative Machining Services, has an inspection area with only the best calibrated measuring equipment. This area separated from the rest of our shop to ensure that even the most sensitive parts are inspected to the highest customer standards and expectations.
Also, when it is necessary to go "outside" for special processes, i.e., plating, heat treating, surface coatings and painting, etc., we are supported by vendors who have worked with us for years.

- Mitek Vertical Mill: has a travel of 16” x 58” with 5 ½HP.
- Smico: Vibratory finishing tumbler.
- Brown & Sharpe Micromaster Surface Grinder: with an 8” x 18” magnetic chuck, this machine is fully automatic and has incremental down feed for even the hardest to cut slots and tracks.
- Sunnen Honing Machine: for deburring, polishing, and holding exact sizes and micro-finishes on any inside bore dimensions. We can achieve surface finishes from 4-6 micro finish and up.
- Standard Machine Shop Equipment: We also have in-house an arrangement of presses, saws, grinders, and welding equipment to meet just about any of your basic machining needs.
Our Equipment
- Haas VF-2 CNC Vertical Machining Center:
has a travel of 30.0” (X axis) x 16.0” (Y axis) x 20.0” (Z axis) with a maximum spindle rate of 10,000 rpm’s. The VF-2 features a 40 taper tool changer that houses up to 20 different tools. This machine also has a 4th axis indexer with a 4” center height from the table.
- Haas VF-2 Super Speed CNC Vertical Machining Center: has a travel of 30.0” (X axis) x 16.0” (Y axis) x 20.0” (Z axis) inline direct-drive spindle rate of 12,000 rpm’s. The VF-2SS features a high speed, 24+1 side-mount tool changer. This machine also has a 4th axis indexer with a 4” center height from the table.
- Haas SL20 CNC Lathe: has a single turret that will hold up to 12 different tools with a turning capability of 10.3” maximum diameter x 20.0” long with a 1.7” diameter spindle bore.
